As a supplier of wind power systems, you are under ever-increasing pressure from your competitors. This is why you need to design your latest wind turbines to deliver as much success as possible. The aim is to achieve maximum system efficiency for minimum acquisition and overall operating costs. At the same time, your customers demand reliable and sustainable cost-effective solutions.
The LED luminaires are developed and intended to be used in accordance with DIN EN 60598-2-22 (requirements for luminaires for emergency lighting).
Our LED system is also usable for several industries
Voltages from 24 V DC to 120 V DC enable conductors with small cross sections to be used. This significantly reduces material and investment costs.
LED lights achieve full luminosity the moment they are switched on - even in emergency mode. Their fast response behaviour means that visual warning and error messages are also an option.
The high energy efficiency of LED lights makes them economical to use over the long term in all areas of wind turbine applications.
Enhanced IP protection classes make the LED lights impervious to the ingress of dirt and moisture. They are temperature-insensitive and continue to work reliably even under vibrations or shocks.
Due to the customer-specific design-in and development process, material and investment costs can be reduced. In addition, all components are tested before delivery, which results in a reduction of test procedures and maintenance costs.
The production, testing and outgoing goods process of all components of the lighting system is structured in such a way that a failure rate of 0% is ensured.
Each component and package are labeled acc. to the customers’ demands for easy identification. There is only one article number for a complete lighting system for one wind turbine.
Included in each package the individual color printed sheets help to identify all needed parts and mounting positions. Because of the pluggable system no electrician is required for the installation.
Due to the robust and tested components a high availability during operation is ensured. The Logic Unit WCU 860 provides status messages on the condition of the lighting system. In case of a grid fail the UPS-System supplies the LED lights with power.
