KT 40 & KT 50 – Our new precise cutting tools

A better cut, a more reliable connection

KT 40 & KT 50

With the KT 40 & KT 50, we have designed cutting tools that can optimally prepare the most diverse cables and wires for connection or crimping processes. They effortlessly cut aluminium and copper cables up to 400 mm². The cut is precise, smooth, and straight – without deforming the conductor. Because the two cutting edges cross each other similar to scissors, the cut is staggered. This considerably reduces the amount of force required.

The KT 8S cable cutter cuts copper and aluminium cables and wires with precision.

The KT 8S works cleanly and reliably because a precise cut is the prerequisite for connecting the cable securely. Thanks to the new opening spring, the KT 8S sits securely in the hand. The redesigned handles protect against voltage. Users can utilise the cable isolator in the 1000 VAC and 1500 VDC ranges.
